- Accommodation: Ambasador Hotel, T.G. Masaryka 1088/24, 360 01 Karlovy Vary - Parking at the hotel is arranged.
- Transfers: Transportation from Prague Airport to the hotel and from hotel to Nova Role is arranged by VM. For individual transfers between hotel and Nova Role in dates 22.1. and 24.1., please contact Klara (+420 777 166 950, for WhatsApp: +420 722 995 010)
- Meals and refreshments: all day long available

Day 1 - Wednesday, January 22
Arrivals
- Participants flying into Prague Airport will be met by a responsible person or taxi. Travel time to Nova Role is approximately 1.5 hours.
- Check-in at Ambasador Hotel in Karlovy Vary.
- Individual consultations if pre-arranged.
Day 2 - Thursday, January 23

From 18:00 to 23:00, every 30 minutes, taxis will be available to transport participants back to the hotel.
Day 3 - Friday, January 24
Departures
- Check-out from the Ambassador Hotel.
- Individual consultations available if pre-arranged.
- Transport to Prague Airport arranged by VM.
- If you plan to arrive in Nová Role by your own car on January 23 and wish to leave your car there, you can order a taxi from the hotel to Nová Role the next day (January 24). Please contact Klára Zubzandova, and she will arrange the taxi for you.
